The City of Calgary (“The City”), is intending to retain the services of up to three (3) qualified engineering consulting firms to provide multidisciplinary engineering services to advance implementation of The City’s energy management strategy and actions identified through energy audits, related studies, and major infrastructure projects. This includes energy efficiency initiatives such as thermal energy recovery and hydraulic energy recovery, critical pumps efficiency improvements, and improvements to the reliability and resilience of power supply to critical water facilities.
