(1) Vendor needs to provide data repository services to the government authority located in Washington, DC– Information from organizations interested in developing, migrating, hosting, and maintaining the next iteration of the longitudinal data repository. – Secure, cloud–based repository will house student–level data from gaining early awareness and readiness for undergraduate programs (GEAR UP) grantees nationwide.– A secure, scalable, cloud–based relational database– Annual submission and validation of student, service, and outcome data– Migration of historical data from the existing repository– Integration of National Student Clearinghouse data– Creation and management of unique national student identifiers– Secure, real–time access to raw data– Data–sharing and confidentiality agreements– A potential long–term partnership beginning with an initial five–year project.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
