Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Brockway, MI.•Washing the floors in rental hall, main office, foyer and new offices•Wipe down and disinfect service counter window area Disinfect computers, desks, and conference table if areas are clear from papers etc.•Clean front door windows and office windows at least once a month inside and out•Change furnace filters per the schedule•Sanitize drinking fountain•Dust all areas, refill supplies•Take all trash out to the dumpster (located at the park)•Wipe down / put away tables and chairs when needed•Sweep all floors and remove black marks•Clean the rental hall after parties•Clean kitchen sink, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave as needed– This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
