Vendor needs to provide broadband infrastructure expansion program services to the government authority located in Martinsville, VA.– Providing turnkey broadband infrastructure solutions, including planning, engineering, permitting, construction, testing, activation, reporting, and other related activities necessary to complete broadband deployment projects within participating localities.– Capable of designing, engineering, permitting, constructing, activating, and supporting broadband infrastructure projects.– Expanding reliable broadband service to eligible locations.– Ensuring long–term network sustainability and provider viability.– Internet speeds shall reliably meet or exceed the federally mandated minimums or 100 Mbps download speeds and 20 Mbps upload speeds, whichever is greater at time of award.– Utilize commercially accepted, currently supported equipment from established manufacturers.– Be engineered for reliable long–term operation and for future capacity expansion without replacement of the outside plant.– Provide customer service connections.
