RFQ for Professional Engineering Services for Stormwater

The City of Lexington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the relocation and improvement of an existing stormwater drainage system in the vicinity of Third Avenue, South Railroad Street, and the Holland Brooks property. The primary project is anticipated to include design and construction of a new stormwater pipe system extending generally from Third Avenue to South Railroad Street, together with the coordination, adjustment, relocation, or protection of existing infrastructure necessary to complete the project. The project will also include restoration and repaving of areas disturbed by construction. The City may also authorize optional paving and parking lot engineering services, including pavement evaluation, cost estimating, bidding support, construction administration, and related professional services for one or more paved areas. Potential locations include the parking areas identified in Section 6, but the optional scope is not limited to those locations.
