20657 - Stratford Downs Wall Repair

The County of Placer is soliciting bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the Stratford Downs Wall Repair Project. The work consists of the demolition and reconstruction of portions of existing retaining walls and pilasters; landscape removal and replacement; irrigation system modifications; traffic control; and all associated work necessary to complete the Project at two (2) locations near Douglas Boulevard and Dover Drive in Granite Bay, Placer County, California, in accordance with and as more fully described in the Construction Documents, including all requirements shown on the plans and contained within the specifications. The engineer’s estimate for the work is: $52,450.00 Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the scope of work, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the Bid Invitation and associated attachments. Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid Class B General Building Contractor’s License issued by the State of California.
