(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in UT. – The services will including new building will be located on existing campus grounds, be approximately 5,000 square feet, support specific programs, including manufacturing or engineering, hospitality or culinary, and animal or plant science.– The future considerations will include the potential for campus grounds expansion, additional building(s), and reconfiguration.– This effort may be proposed in phases, e.g., foundation and structure followed by interior build–out, or a single phase.– While campus considerations portion will be an ongoing effort pending land acquisition and future building decisions, some consideration must be given as part of the building effort.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
