Vendor needs to provide electronic licensing inspection system. – Information technology (IT) solutions designed capture, manage, report, and store child care licensing inspection data.– Field data collection: mobile, tablet, or web–based tools for licensing/compliance staff to record inspection findings, checklists, narrative comments, and follow–up actions, including offline or low–connectivity capability – Case and record management: systems to manage licensee/program records, inspection history, findings, corrective actions, and complaint investigations over time. – Public–facing transparency: options for publishing inspection results or licensing status to the public via a website or portal. – Reporting and analytics: standard and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and data visualization for both internal staff and public consumption. – Integration: ability to exchange data with other state systems (e.g., licensing/eligibility, case management, or child care tracking systems) via APIs, file transfers, or other interoperability standards. – Hosting and deployment models: cloud/SaaS, State–hosted, or hybrid options, and associated security, backup, and disaster recovery approaches. – Implementation and support: approach to data migration/transition from an existing system, training, help desk support, and ongoing maintenance. – Scalability and configurability: ability to adapt to changes in regulations, inspection forms, or business processes without extensive custom development.
