(1) Vendor needs to provide housing needs assessment and implementation study services to the government authority located in Jamestown, RI.– Provide locally defined housing production goals, and develop implementation strategies that reflect local priorities.– Study shall be a resource guiding the town government in their decision–making process concerning regulatory changes and programs for strategic housing production.– Study shall be the groundwork for a comprehensive plan amendment and a ten–year strategic plan for housing production which may include subsequent changes to zoning provisions, capital improvements, town land acquisitions, and financial and regulatory incentives.– Demographic, geographic, and economic data.– Housing stock, trends and projections.– Develop implementation strategies and recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
