Vendor needs to provide grant development, management, and implementation support service to the government authority located in Alexandria, LA. • Review the applicable, funding–agency policies and guidance, and State of Louisiana application requirements, including cycle–specific eligibility and deadlines.• Evaluate proposed project concepts and activities for consistency with applicable program eligibility requirements, priorities, and funding parameters.• Coordinate with the staff, participating jurisdictions, and other stakeholders, as appropriate, to identify needs, priorities, existing capabilities, and opportunities• Evaluate opportunities for local and regional approaches, shared resources, technical assistance, training, and other activities that may provide benefits across multiple jurisdictions.• Develop and refine proposed project activities, objectives, anticipated outcomes, and implementation strategies.• Identify information, data, documentation, cost information, and other materials necessary to support application development.• Develop project schedules and budgets consistent with applicable program requirements.• Refine proposed project scopes based on the applicable funding opportunity and program requirements.
