(1) Vendor needs to provide golf course management and operation services to the government authority located in Flemington, NJ. – Provide operate, maintain, and market heron glen golf course and restaurant facility, consisting of an 18–hole championship golf course, clubhouse, restaurant, practice facilities, and ancillary improvements.– Responsible for reviewing and fully understanding the standards set forth below for the maintenance and operation of the golf course, grounds, buildings and facilities comprising the golf course property.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
