RS-1462 - USA (New York) - Record Retention and Management Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide record retention and management services to the government authority located in New York. – The Vendor must provide a Termination and Transition to New Vendor Plan which includes a description of the methods and processes which will be utilize to transition to a new Vendor at the end of the contract period.– Providing sufficient experienced personnel during this transition period to ensure an efficient and smooth transition.– Providing necessary handholding and transition support to ensure the continuity and performance of the services to the new Vendor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 10, 2026.(5) The Intent to Bid must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
