(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance and training partnership services for criminal justice programs unit to the government authority located in Colorado.• Statewide training development and delivery;• Curriculum, toolkit, bench card, and resource development;• Conference facilitation and stakeholder engagement;• Strategic planning and implementation support;• Subject matter consultation tied to initiatives or legislative implementation;• Facilitation of multidisciplinary or cross–system collaboration efforts;• Technical assistance to courts, judicial districts, advisory committees, and program stakeholders;• Virtual, in–person, or hybrid engagements• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and adjusting content as necessary to meet evolving needs and priorities.• Maintaining open communication channels with programs analysts to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the partnership.• Implementing capacity building initiatives to strengthen the skills and capabilities of programs analysts in areas relevant to their roles and responsibilities, such as project management, data analysis, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.• Developing materials to provide sustainable training modules and technical assistance on both a statewide level as well as an individual programmatic level.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
