STAFF-16749 - USA (Clayton, Missouri) - Technology Staff Support Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide technology staff support services to the government authority located in Clayton, MO.– Protect and secure agency technology infrastructure and facilities.– Ensure the efficient operation of data processing networks and related computer systems.– Enhance service quality for agency departments and agencies.– Optimize technology investments by minimizing costs and maximizing return on investment.– Contractor will supply skilled personnel capable of resolving computer systems and network issues in alignment with industry best practices.– Network support. contractor shall designate or assign two dedicated staff members to respond to agency work requests.– This includes but is not limited to the wide area network, the local area network, firewalls, VPN access, and our WIFI environments.– Management of Cisco networking technologies in use on the WAN/LAN/WIFI networks.– Management of FortiGate networking technologies (firewalls/remote access).– Network documentation.– Other services:– SQL Database support and administration on an as needed, per hour basis.– Application Development support on an as needed, per hour basis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
