ESTATE-12196 - USA (Oceanside, California) - Right of Entry Permitting Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide right of entry permitting services to the government authority located in Oceanside, CA.– An external party proposes to perform work within agency ROW, cross agency ROW, or access agency –owned property, (including transit centers, and associated facilities), or conduct work adjacent to agency ROW that could affect transit operations.– Services will focus on agency permit, AA, and Design Review (oversight and invoicing only) processes. – Consultant will be responsible for providing recommendations to agency regarding issuance of ROE Permits or AAs. – Additional responsibilities include coordinating Flagging Services provided by agency Flagging Consultant and tracking permit metrics, including permit start date, expiration, and COI expiration dates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
