(1) Vendor needs to provide city manager national search service to the government authority located in East Lansing, MI. – Provide professional services for conducting a comprehensive search for the city manager position.– Including stakeholder engagement, candidate recruitment and evaluation, interview process development and facilitation, and assistance through the final selection and appointment of a new city manager.– Capacity to design, implement, and execute a comprehensive executive search for a city manager.– Include advising the city throughout the process, analyzing qualified candidates, and making recommendations.– The search process should incorporate the city’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.– City is searching for a dedicated city manager who upholds the highest standards of ethics and professionalism and is able to provide visionary leadership.– Ideal candidate will be prepared to invest in a long–term commitment to the community.– Search Process:• Profile phase.• Advertisement phase.• Screening and short list phase.• Interview and selection phase.• Final phase.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
