Vendors must ensure all units arrive clean, fully operational, properly secured, and stocked with necessary supplies, while performing regular servicing based on rental duration and increased cleaning frequency for 24/7 emergency shelters. For emergency services: vendors must be available 24/7, respond to emergency requests within four hours, support hurricane pre‑staging, comply with ADA accessibility and placement requirements, secure units appropriately for storm conditions, and replace damaged units promptly after impact. All cleaning, servicing, repairs, fuel, generator support, and movement of units are included within the rental and emergency setup fees.
