Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in St. Augustine, FL.– Identify the attorney who would serve as Lead Counsel and the individual who would have primary responsibility for the day–to–day management and coordination of services provided to the School Board– Provide a detailed resume for the proposed Lead Counsel, including educational background, professional experience, areas of practice, relevant school district or governmental representation experience, and professional credentials– Provide up to three (3) representative writing samples prepared by the proposed Lead Counsel that demonstrate the attorney's legal knowledge, analytical ability, and expertise.– General Counsel Services and Areas of Legal Practice– Legal advice and counsel on all matters regarding the interpretation and application of statutes, charters, ordinances, contracts, policies, and regulations– Review, preparation, negotiation, and approval of contracts, agreements, resolutions, and other legal documents to be executed by the School Board
