DRA-11661 - USA (Charleston, South Carolina) - Markerless Motion Capture Data Collection Services - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide markerless motion capture data collection services to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.– Purchase and delivery of a research–grade markerless optical motion capture camera and software system capable of collecting accurate three–dimensional human movement data, primarily during gait, in support of biomechanics, neurorehabilitation, and human performance research.– System shall use synchronized video cameras and include no fewer than twelve (12) cameras, providing research–grade coverage of a 15 ft x 40 ft capture volume within an approximately 40 ft x 40 ft room, with multi–view joint visibility maintained throughout the capture area.– Solution shall include a data collection and data processing computer capable of recording all video streams and additional data sources and of processing the recorded data, including processing the recorded video files with Theia3D.– Solution shall also include a synchronization and analog–to–digital control unit that enables frame–level synchronization and integration of third–party devices, including EMG, force plates, and IMUs, with the motion capture system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28,2026.
