Vendor needs to provide long range transportation plan services to the government authority located in Jackson, TN.– Preparing an update to the area metropolitan planning organization (MPO) long–rangetransportation (LRTP) and associated Trans CAD travel Demand Model to the new horizon year.– Review of existing plans and data.– Socioeconomic data, including traffic analysis zone (TAZ) data for existing and future years.– Functional classification and other existing roadway data.– Safe streets 4 all safety action plan.– Prepare a technical memo with the findings and supporting rationale of the plan and data review.– Prepare a technical memo with proposed methodology, strategic recommendations, and supporting rationale for the traffic model update.– Technical memo on projects and funding and financial model.– Develop estimates of future traffic volumes for two interim years, 2035 and 2045, as well as the horizon year 2055.– Identify transportation system deficiencies.– Develop improvement strategies.– Provide analysis and recommendations regarding all designated modes of transportation for both passengers and freight.
