(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Scrub – restroom floors/hard surface stairwell floors• Wall spot cleaning• Dusting• Horizontal surfaces• Remove recyclable paper• Clean air bars and vents• Glass cleaning• Cleaning ash receptacles and surrounding areas• Rubbish removal• Damp wiping• Dust mop• Damp mop• Floor cleaning / thorough sweeping• Empty waste receptacles• Restroom cleaning• Clean and service restroom, disinfect showers, shower walls and stalls (restroom/locker room where applicable)• Cleaning, high traffic areas• Damp mopping and spray buffing• Replace carpet runners• Carpet cleaning by thorough vacuuming• Carpet cleaning by hot water extraction(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference and site visit will be held on October 29, 2026.
