CLEANING-14149 - USA (Chapel Hill, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Chapel Hill, NC.– Daily cleaning service five (5) days per week between the time the facilities close and 6:00 AM, excluding holidays. – Semi–annual (twice yearly) machine scrubbing of restroom floors, kitchen floor, and slate tiles. – Semi–annual (twice yearly) deep cleaning of carpet and rugs. – Annual (once yearly) glass cleaning of all interior building glass. – Segregate and recycle all waste items from cleaning operations, including paper, glass, plastics, cardboard, other packaging materials, empty chemical containers, and worn equipment that are acceptable for recycling in the community. – Trash and recycling containers are emptied and returned to their appropriate locations. Soiled or torn liners are replaced with a new liner. – Trash dumpster doors are closed when not in use. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 22, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
