(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste franchise fee and rate structure assessment service to the government authority located in Newport Beach, CA. – Provide solid waste service fees operating under the city’s non–exclusive commercial solid waste and divertible materials handling services franchise agreements (franchise).– Provide study recycling fee structures, evaluate organics collection service, and assess Saturday collection service costs and recommended implementation.– Studies and assessments shall support the existing solid waste franchise service fee.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
