(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Pasadena, TX. – The consultant shall provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services including:• Project programming and needs assessment• Stakeholder and community engagement meetings• Site evaluation and analysis• Conceptual and schematic design• Design development• Construction documents• Cost estimating and budget management• Sustainability and energy–efficiency recommendations• Coordination of all engineering disciplines,• Code compliance review• ADA accessibility compliance• Permitting support and agency coordination(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
