(1) Vendor needs to provide site development and permitting project services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Provide professional study, preliminary design, final design, construction and post construction services for the site development and permitting at agency. • Master plan programming finalization:– Prepare technical memoranda that forms the basis for permitting and design efforts, and summarizes the findings, evaluations and recommendations for the following: site wide drainage strategies, stormwater detention requirements for ultimate conditions, utility load planning, utility sizing, landscaping design, fencing requirements, parking requirements, and circulation strategies to support construction of a new personnel building and laboratory and to support the overall site layout.• Campus studies:– Update and expand previously conducted environmental studies that supported land acquisition efforts to inform site development, including but not limited to preparation of documentation for floodplain analysis, aquatic resources, biological resources, cultural resources, and environmental site assessment.• Overall site permitting: Develop a comprehensive permitting and environmental plan for site development of the agency covering the planning, design, and construction phases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026. (3) Mandatory virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
