(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based cash, debt and investment management and cash forecast software. – Configure, train and provide periodic maintenance support and updates to a cloud–based debt, investment management and cash forecast software system. • Implement software and convert all existing historical data to the new software.• Provide training to staff on the new software.• Provide ongoing technical support services during the project implementation.• Debt: Archive all data related to debt issuance allowing access to staff members • Investment: The primary purpose of the investment function is to preserve capital, maintain liquidity, and earn competitive returns on principal. • Cash forecasting: The new cash forecasting software would be used to determine current liquidity and future positions based on known receivables and upcoming debt obligations for a minimum of 5 years into the future.– New software must have the functionality to create charts and graphs based on a variety of different data analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2026.
