CITY OF PACIFICA PUBLIC WORKS WW ON-CALL ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION SERVICES

The City of Pacifica (City) invites electrical and instrumentation vendors (Consultant) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to be considered for the short list of prequalified firms to provide electrical and instrumentation services on as-needed basis to ongoing wastewater operations at Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant (CCWRP) and its collection system. The City of Pacifica (City) operates the Calera Creek Water Recycling Plant (CCWRP) and its Collection System. In order to provide optimal operational service levels to the facilities and provide efficient, cost-effective operations, the City wishes to obtain a On-Call Electrical and Instrumentation services from qualified firms. These firms will be selected to provide on-call electrical and/or instrumentation services to support the ongoing wastewater operations at CCWRP and its collection system. Moreover, all interested firms shall have sufficient, readily available resources in the form of trained personnel, support services, specialized consultants and financial resources to carry out the work without delay or shortcomings. The City intends to select two to three firms to short list for a time period of two (2) years with the option of one-year extensions term(s) upon mutual, written approval by the City Manager or his/her designee and the Consultant. The City reserves the right to prequalify any number of firms. Due to the as-needed nature of the work, no work is guaranteed regardless of selection. The scope of work will vary and will be requested on a task order basis as the need arises.
