EXTRA-74164 - USA (Falmouth, Massachusetts) - Feasibility Studies and Master Plans Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide feasibility studies and master plans services to the government authority located in Falmouth, MA.– Provide technical assistance and facilitate a dialog involving staff and community members in support of a decision–making process.– This will include in–person meetings with town staff and the public and possibly virtual meetings.– Evaluate feasibility of renovating the current building for use as a beach division facility.– Operational activities to be performed at this facility include: sale of beach permits and associated bookkeeping, staff training, offices for supervisory and administrative staff, employee break room, and storage of equipment.– Preliminary design including but not limited to programming, field evaluations to determine as–built conditions, review of existing drawings and documentation, inspections and testing as required.– Prepare and present a concept level plan for improvements required to renovate the existing structure to create offices and facilities that meet the needs of the Beach Division including site work for parking and storage.– Prepare a concept level cost estimate for the improvements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
