Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting check envelopes printing and delivery service to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.– All labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to print and deliver 280,000 accounting check envelopes.– Pallets or deliveries shall be rejected when the Contractor fails to comply with performance criteria.– Envelopes shall not be scored or damaged, e.g., paper threads or hanging shards left by a bad knife cut.– Seal flaps shall evidence secure, full flap length, non–curl closure, and not stick to contents.– Seams, windows, patches, and adhesive shall not cause insertion failure. adhesive shall not result in envelopes that stick to each other before insertion or after sealing.– Print shall never encroach on postal processing space.– In eight (8) hours of mail–insertion operations, the envelopes utilized must not cause more than twenty (20) minutes of equipment downtime from jamming or crashing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
