(1) Vendor needs to provide art handling services.– Full–Services Custom Large–Scale Art Installers and Fabricators: – Installation and De–installation of Large–Scale Exhibitions of Rotating Temporary Public Art, including Fine Art Packing and Transportation.• Installing, de–installing, and transporting large to monumental size works of art, artifacts, and artwork integrated into architecture.• Repair and/or replacement of mechanical and/or electrical systems associated with art installations, or repair/fabrication of associated features such as sculptural bases, artwork supports, and mounting substrates– Fine Art Packing and Transportation• Domestic ground and air transportation.• Design of custom archival packing.• Specialty multi–use and single shipment crates.• Blanket–wrap and soft–packing services. May act as a shipping agent and arrange courier services.• Administer bills of lading, provide proper documentation, and additional insurance as needed.– Professional Art Preparators – Installation and De–Installation of Medium– and Small–Scale Exhibitions of Rotating Temporary Artwork, including Fine Art Packing and Transportation• Installing, de–installing, and moving small to medium–sized works of art and artifacts. Must be able to provide and operate lifts and work on scaffolding.• Provide archival–grade installation and art handling equipment and tools as necessary.• Confer with curatorial staff in the planning and arrangement of exhibitions and accessory materials.• Adjust or install lighting fixtures for exhibitions.• Supervise and handle storage and inventory of exhibition materials– Fine Art Packing, Transportation, and Storage Providers• Provide and secure climate and non–climate storage areas• Provide domestic ground and air transportation• Design of custom archival packing for agency• Specialty multi–use and single–shipment crates• Provide blanket–wrap and soft–packing services.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
