Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services to the government authority located in North Brunswick, NJ.– Respondent that has credentials and qualifications covering a wide area of activities in the provision of bond counsel.– Provide services that may include the preparation and review of all bond ordinances adopted by the governing body of the Township, as well as the collection of a certified record of proceedings evidencing the proper adoption of such bond ordinances.– Respondent will be expected to prepare all closing certificates, preliminary and final official statements; if necessary, and an approving legal opinion and deliver same to the purchaser of the notes.– Respondent may be requested to attend the closing with Township officials, ensure payment is made for the bonds and deliver a legal opinion with respects to the validity and tax status of the bonds.
