(1) Vendor needs to provide drainage study service to the government authority located in Santa Maria, CA. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the regional watersheds influencing the city and their interaction with the city's stormwater drainage system.• Evaluate the condition, capacity, and performance of existing stormwater conveyance facilities, detention basins, flood control facilities, and related infrastructure.• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models to evaluate existing conditions and flooding associated with the 25–year, 100–year, and 500–year storm events.• Identify drainage deficiencies, flood–prone areas, and infrastructure constraints affecting the city's stormwater system.• Prepare a comprehensive citywide drainage study and flood mitigation master plan that provides a long–term framework for improving the city's stormwater infrastructure, reducing flood risk, and enhancing community resilience.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
