(1) Vendor needs to provide professional financial and investment manager services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– provide the equivalent of, respectively, property insurance coverage for state–owned properties, liability defense and indemnity for state employees, liability defense and indemnity for local education employees, and on–the–job–injury benefits for state employees.– Track and record in substantial detail all transactions, profits, and losses.– Demonstrate that it has knowledge about, and experience with, the investment and insurance industries– Provide evidence that it possesses the ability to analyze, understand, and communicate the particular growth, diversification, and liquidity needs of each of the agency self–insurance trust funds(2) The contract period will be for one year.
