TRANSPORT-11462 - USA (Scarsdale, New York) - Coach Bus Transportation Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide coach bus transportation services to the government authority located in Scarsdale, NY.– Reporting and timeliness: Vehicles must report to the designated departure site at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.  – Operational support: Proposers must provide on–site support for mechanical issues and immediate backup transportation at no additional cost to the district in the event of a vehicle disablement.– Shuttle requirements: availability for destination–based shuttle services between event sites and accommodations as required.– Equipment specifications:– Passenger seat belts.– Functional high–capacity Air Conditioning and Heating systems.– Integrated GPS Navigation and 2–way Radio communication.– Clean, functional on–board lavatories.– Public address microphones and DVD/video entertainment systems.– Individual overhead air vents and reading lights.– Secure, lockable undercarriage storage compartments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
