(1) Vendor needs to provide student recruitment services to the government authority located in California.– Provide lead response, prospective–student engagement, application completion assistance, and conversion to enrollment through qualified personnel, evidence–based practices, and transparent use of data.– Services shall support online and hybrid credit–bearing degree, credential, and certificate programs identified by the university.– Services will include responding to prospective student inquiries, providing admissions and academic guidance, and assisting students throughout the application, admission, and matriculation processes.– Engage prospective students through intentional outreach to assist them in identifying and establishing their educational goals.– Provide prospective students with tools and resources to assess their readiness for online learning and their commitment to completing an online program.– Communicate the features, benefits, and available instructional modalities of online programs.– University system access and data handling.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
