(1) Vendor needs to provide charity game tickets and game design services to the government authority located in Massachusetts.– Evaluate all sample tickets for ease of opening, de–bonding, colour or printing variations, susceptibility to compromise, guillotine cutting and opacity.– Game tickets are gaming pieces in a game of chance which are made completely of paper or paper products with concealed numbers or symbols– Charity game tickets (breakopens) have one or more perforated window tabs, which must be torn or opened to reveal winning and non–winning numbers or symbols. – Charity Game Tickets, such as the printing of a seal in invisible fluorescent ink or invisible printing of a pattern which may be activated with a chemical or solvent or use of special security paper stock or possible deliberate printing of aberrations or “hickeys“ that are extremely difficult to notice.– The individual ticket size for current 3–tab Charity Game Tickets must be 17/8“ x 2 11/16“ +/– 1/16“ in either dimension.– The darkness and weight of ticket stock must protect the concealed numbers, symbols, or winner protection features from being viewed or determined from the outside of the pull–tab, including but not limited to, by using a high intensity lamp.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
