The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (the “Department” or “DGS”), is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB” or “Solicitation”) to solicit the services of a General Contractor firm (the “Contractor”) to provide construction services as based on the attached Drawings ( Attachment A ) and Specifications ( Attachment B ) for a compartmented access area for the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) at Marion S. Barry, Jr. Building (the “Project”), located at 441 4th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 (the “Project”).
