(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based records management system. – Records management system shall include robust security controls and cybersecurity protections designed to safeguard records, systems, and data from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and system compromise. – Record system provides for scanning of recorded land documents and OCR indexing of document type, grantor, grantee, parcel number, legal description, Liber and Page and date filed.– The accounting module shall support document validation, complete transaction audit trails, and detailed accounting reports.– Customizable records management system that includes and supports apply for marriage license online and in person.– Security measures shall protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information stored, transmitted, or processed by the system. – This system includes financial transaction receipts for cash, check, money order and credit card charges. – The system shall track each document throughout the entire recording process.– Daily backup, disaster recovery, business continuity and data protection.– Data protection and data loss prevention. – Receipts and recording software.– Employee performance management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
