(1) Vendor needs to provide Audit Retainer Services.to the government authority located in New York.– The Consultant shall perform an examination and/or audit of documents and payments in connection with specific Leases that may include, without limitation, ground leases, leases, subsequent amendments, agreements and contracts, and Tenant financial and equity statements.– Conduct financial report analysis request.– Review Lease agreement to identify language related to CPI–based rent adjustments. – Verify that CPI–based rent was calculated in accordance with Lease agreement. – Determine whether CPI adjustments were applied timely and accurately. – Reconcile Tenant’s billing accounts. – Reconcile Tenant’s financial statements. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
