(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management decision support tool services.• The ability to manage all asset classes under a single COTS would be desirable provided each group has flexibility to customize their respective models.• At minimum, the requested agency would analyze data such as, but not solely, asset attributes (e.g. size, material, age), consequence of failure scores, level of service scores, GIS data, work order history and other pertinent data. Assets should be examined for and report on risk changes, future condition, and results of differing simulations.• Asset replacement and refurbishment recommendations within constrained budgets should be represented both in list form and visually with GIS where sensible.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
