(1) Vendor needs to provide photography, videography and rapid responses service. – Photograph new children that will be added to the adoption no identified resource waiting list.   – Videos are to allow each child to share their unique story with potential adoptive families– Maintain the capacity to photograph and video interview additional children as they become   legally available for adoption.– Photographs will be shared with the department of family services for use on its own photo listing web site and other sites on which children may be featured.– Provide media for weekly TV features across the state.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
