Vendor needs to provide town hall planning services to the government authority located in North Castle, NY.– Prepare a preliminary site plan for a new Town Hall campus, including Town Hall offices, police station, court facility and new Highway Department– Work closely with the town board, town engineer, planning department staff and the town’s architectural consultant and shall utilize the preliminary design footprints from the architect in order to prepare the site plan. – Architect and planner shall coordinate on building design together to discuss site restrictions such as setbacks, wetlands, rights–of–way, etc. prior to beginning design.
