(1) Vendor needs to provide media and marketing services. – Address the ability to gather and effectively utilize research to assist in developing and implementing the marketing plan.– Develop a strategic cohesive marketing plan to deliver the message(s).– Develop a comprehensive profile of our current and potential markets.– Craft creative branding messages for various multifaceted audiences (developers, businesses, residents, and visitors).– Develop targeted messages for various marketing platforms.– Develop an accountability plan for implementation and measuring the success of the branding process and marketing plan.– Create a budget and explore funding options for the integrated marketing plan.– Create a collaborative and custom marketing plan that aligns with current comprehensive plan.– Create media kit that can be sent out quickly for marketing efforts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
