MRB-56118 - USA (Arizona) - Firework Displays Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide firework displays services.– Provide a proposed set up schedule to be on–site at the event location which will allow the fire marshall time to inspect the day of the event.– Fireworks display shall be at a minimum, 20 minutes in length.– Display shall include both a distinct opening and a distinct closing portion.– Display must be all aerial and no ground fountain displays.– Work closely with the Town and event promoter to coordinate the show with appropriate themed music. The music selection should be a variety of patriotic and contemporary music, with the fireworks display.  – Provide personnel at the fireworks site for crowd control and site security.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
