THE REPUBLIC OF TÜRKYE, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Directorate General for Agricultural Reform, has received financing from the World Bank, through the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, toward the cost of the Türkiye Climate Smart and Competitive Agricultural Growth Project (TUCSAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for the Procurement of Machinery and Equipment for Joint Machinery Parks of Farmer Organizations. 2. The following weightings shall apply for Rated Criteria (including technical and non-price factors): Technical weight will be applied as 30%, Financial weight will be 70% . 6.Interested and eligible tenderers can obtain further information from the Directorate General for Agricultural Reform and review the tender documents at the address below during working hours (09:00 – 18:00 TR) (GMT +3). The bidding document is available on the Purchaser’s website www.tarimorman.gov.tr and www.tucsap.gov.tr 7.Bids must be delivered to the following address on or before 04 August 2026 at 11:00 (Ankara time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID” and the inner envelopes marked “TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 04 August 2026 at 11:30 (Ankara time).
