(1) Vendor needs to provide coalition assessment grant consulting services to the government authority located in Augusta, GA.• The selected consultant or consultant team may provide services including, but not limited to: – Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; Quality Assurance Project Plans and related technical documents; site eligibility and prioritization.– GIS–based site inventories; cleanup planning and Analysis of agency Cleanup Alternatives; – Site reuse and redevelopment planning; community engagement; EPA reporting and compliance assistance and assistance identifying and pursuing future agency and redevelopment funding opportunities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.(4) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
