(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based enterprise ticketing platform.– Provide a comprehensive, cloud–based ticketing platform and associated professional services to support ticket sales, event management, patron engagement, financial reconciliation, and access control across the university's athletic, academic, cultural, student, alumni, and special event programs.– Solution must support both reserved and general admission events while providing a secure, scalable, and user–friendly experience for patrons, University administrators, event organizers, and operational staff.– Establish a centralized ticketing platform that improves operational efficiency, increases ticket revenue opportunities, enhances customer engagement, and provides robust reporting and analytics capabilities– Provide a seamless ticket purchasing experience through mobile, desktop, and kiosk–based channels, allowing patrons to purchase, transfer, manage, and access tickets with minimal effort.– Mobile ticket delivery.– Email ticket delivery.– SMS ticket delivery.– Be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
