TRANSPORT-12109 - USA (Shaker Heights, Ohio) - Towing Companies Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide towing companies services to the government authority located in Shaker Heights, Ohio.– The storage lot(s) must be capable of securely holding all police tows at any given time.– The lot must have a controlled entrance.– A minimum height six–foot chain link fence must surround the lot. – The lot must have sufficient lighting for night security.• The towing service will be sufficiently equipped with vehicles and equipment to adequately service all City towing requirements. • All trucks must have proper clean–up equipment, including hazardous waste equipment for drivers and citizen safety. • Drivers will ensure all debris is cleared from the roadway, removed and properly disposed of. • All vehicles must be equipped with two–way radios and/or cell phones. • The towing service must provide 24–hour service, 365 days a year, with a dispatcher on duty 24–hours a day. The towing service must have personnel available for 24–hour access to towed vehicles for investigative purposes. • The towing service must be open for releases during the following hours: Monday– Friday 8:00 am – 5: 00 pm, Saturdays, 8:00 am – 12 noon (except for holidays.) • The towing service shall maintain a response time of 20 minutes or less. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
