RECY-7669 - USA (Liberty, Missouri) - Electronic Equipment Recycling Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic equipment recycling services to the government authority located in Liberty, MO.– Required baseline services include the following: loading, transportation, fuel, warehouse handling, inventory or audit, data sanitization, asset tag removal and destruction or de–identification, reporting, remarketing, recycling and certificates of recycling or destruction. – Equipment List:– Computer monitors.– Televisions, all sizes.– Scanners.– Printers.– CPU towers.– Media players.– PDA or cell phones.– Peripherals or all computer parts.– Modems or routers or network equipment.– Power supplies.– Power cords.– Business telephones.– Laptops.– The service provider will be responsible for cleansing data on cell phones provided.– Service provider shall remove and permanently destroy all District asset tags, property tags, serial or inventory labels, barcodes, and any other physical or visual markings identifiable as having belonged to the (including logos, stickers, and custom property markings) prior to remarketing, transfer, or recycling.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
