(1) Vendor needs to provide security systems repair and maintenance services to the government authority located in California.– Required services include contractor–furnished labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, preventive maintenance, repairs, system updates, testing, and emergent service calls for:– Closed–circuit television and video–management systems.– Access–control and intrusion–detection systems.– Duress, infant–protection, behavioral–health, and Code Blue/Stentofon alarm systems.– Gates, barrier arms, and associated network connectivity.– Quarterly preventive–maintenance visits and corrective maintenance across the base and option periods.
